Use this online tool to check the Spiral Curve values shown on Right of Way Plans. The required information is the Total Curve Delta, Degree of Curvature and Spiral Length. Use the following format for the Delta and Dregree of Curvature: (dd-mm-ss or dd.ddddd)

Enter the Tangent to Spiral stationing as (xxxx+xx.xx) to compute the Spiral to Curve, Curve to Spiral, Spiral to Tangent and PI stationing.

NOTE: Rounding of the input parameters such as Delta at the PI will introduce rounding differences. For example: 23-26-46 vs 23-26-46.4 will produce different values for the results which is rounded to two decimal places. R/W plans will show values rounded to the nearest second of an arc and nearest hundredth of a foot. Keep this in mind as you compare results shown on this page when checking R/W plans.
